(selling)<\/h2><p>I thought it would be a good idea to share a house move list.<\/p><ul><li><p>Start packing, you have made a decision to market your house, start boxing up<\/p><\/li><li><p>Buy boxes from Argos, online, or keep visiting your local supermarket and asking for a box<\/p><\/li><li><p>Do not box things up that you do not love, need or want<\/p><\/li><li><p>Declutter, you can always accumulate more \u2018stuff\u2019 in the next house<\/p><\/li><li><p>Estate Agent - offer made and accepted<\/p><\/li><li><p>Find a solicitor and obtain quote (I just accepted as used before)<\/p><ul><li><p>Provide ID - passport, driving licence, utility bill<\/p><\/li><li><p>Fill out Fixtures and fittings and contents form<\/p><\/li><li><p>Fill out Property Information form<\/p><\/li><li><p>Fill out Client Information form<\/p><ul><li><p>Make sure you have boiler service certificate<\/p><\/li><li><p>Make sure you have multi-stove sweep - certificate<\/p><\/li><li><p>Make sure you have any certificates for changes you have made to your home whilst you have been living there * don\u2019t panic if you don\u2019t have just call your estate agent<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><p>I asked forms to be sent hard copy and by email<\/p><\/li><li><p>Send back completed forms<\/p><\/li><li><p>Solicitors will then look to continue with sale - they cannot do much until the above forms have been completed<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>(to continue with timeframes as realised)<\/p><p>Once you know the move date - organise a pet hotel for any pets<\/p><p><em>Think about who can help you move, do you need full service of people packing, or a man\/men with a van<\/em>.<\/p><ul><li><p>Book removal man\/van\/team<\/p><\/li><li><p>Book your family and friends to help if they can<\/p><ul><li><p>Do not be shy I will be booking a team as I am puny, unfit and will damage myself it I try and lift much.<\/p><p><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3 weeks to move date<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><p>Work through subscriptions and move to new address, or close<\/p><\/li><li><p>Sky, BT, Gas, Electric, council tax<\/p><\/li><li><p>Riverford - stop<\/p><\/li><li><p>Stop milkman and pay bill<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><\/p><p><strong>On the day<\/strong><\/p><p>Make sure that you have an essential box\/es clearly labelled so you can unpack the essentials when you move in - Kettle, tea, milk, biscuits, mugs, saucepan, pizzas<br \/>Bed Linen for the beds to be made up, towels, soap and toothbrushes, phone chargers<\/p><p>Call car insurance and move to new address<\/p><p><\/p><p><\/p><p>Have a cuppa of tea\/ coffee from a fun favourite <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"\/product\/milf-cat-mug-perfect-gift\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><u>mug <\/u><\/a>that makes you laugh<\/p><p><img src=\"https:\/\/images.teemill.com\/5pfj0wwlfbuo8k5sq68prjsf5i64lod7fllo5urqyncwouod.jpeg.jpeg?w=1140&amp;v=2\" alt=\"5pfj0wwlfbuo8k5sq68prjsf5i64lod7fllo5urqyncwouod.jpeg.jpeg?w=1140&amp;v=2\" \/>Wear a comfortable outfit for moving -
